Dott Sale (Mr. Salesky) just retired at the end of this school year — after well over a decade building and teaching GITA. He never just called you by your name; you were chief. He shaped a whole lot of chiefs, so we're throwing him a retirement party to say thank you.

The party itself isn't a secret. Mr. S knows we're getting together. What is a surprise is how many of us show up. So please try and avoid him finding this website or messaging him about this directly.

Help us reach every class

Think of it as a chain reaction: someone from your class shares this page → they reach out to people they know in other classes → those people blast their whole class → and it ripples outward year by year, class by class. We don't have everyone's info, so everyone who lands here can push it one step further. Two easy ways to help:

  1. Dig up your class's old GITA emails — Mr. S used to CC the whole class, so those old threads are huge — and forward this link to the entire class.
  2. Share this link anywhere your GITA folks can be found: Instagram story, group chats, wherever. Every class we reach makes the send-off bigger.
